The Court :- The applicant is the only daughter of the deceased. The mother of the deceased has pre-deceased him and as such apart from the applicant the widow of the deceased is the other heiress. The widow of the deceased has consented to the grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the deceased in favour of the daughter i.e. the applicant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 31,00,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
