The Court : This is an application for grant of Letters of Administration of the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased. One of the heirs in intestacy of the testator is the applicant. The other heirs in intestacy have consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of Letters of Administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition upon furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.2,20,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of Letters of Administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
