The Court: It is fairly submitted on behalf of the award holder that the instant proceedings have been filed in the Non-Commercial Division and ought to have been filed before the Commercial Division of this Court. In such circumstances, liberty is granted to the award holder to withdraw this application i.e. EC/478/2023 and file afresh on the self-same cause before the Appropriate Division of this Court.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

Liberty is granted to the Advocate appearing on behalf of the award holder to take back the original of the award after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
