...Receiver The Court: Learned Receiver files her report. From the said report it transpires that sale of the assets has been finalized and confirmed in favour of one Mr. Shiv Kumar Singh, the highest bidder. Learned counsel for the award-holder submits that possession has also been duly handed over to the said purchaser.

Accordingly, in view of the satisfaction of the decree to the above effect, EC/845/2015 is disposed of, keeping on record the report filed by the Receiver today.

The Receiver is discharged upon ascertainment that she has received her due remuneration.
