The Court : This is an application for grant of Letters of Administration of the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased. All the heirs/heiresses in intestacy have consented to the grant of Letters of Administration prayed for by one of the sons of the deceased. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of Letters of Administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition upon furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.26,00,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of Letters of Administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
