No.850 of 1998 (C. A. No.450 of 1998) and T. No. 283 of 1998 (C.A. NO.194 of 1998) in CP No.302 of 1989. The matter appeared in the list on 23rd August, 2021, when no one appeared on behalf of any of the parties even at the second call. Thereafter, the matter continued to appear in the list marked as "Last Chance". The matter is appearing in the day's list marked as 'Last Chance' with a note that appropriate orders will be passed if no one appears when the matter is taken up.
