An adjournment is prayed for on behalf of the award holder. The matter has been pending since 2015 and there is no satisfactory ground as to why the matter be adjourned. The casual and indifferent approach of the award-holder is unacceptable.

In such circumstances, EC/853/2015 stands dismissed for nonprosecution. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
