The Court: Affidavit in opposition filed today be kept on record. Learned senior counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner-company underwent a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, which has culminated in a resolution plan being approved. A copy thereof is handed over in Court today and kept on record.

It transpires that on the last few occasions none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners to move the writ petition, apparently due to the pendency of the resolution process.

In any event, since the petitioners remain unrepresented today as well, WPO/1804/2023 is dismissed for default, without any order as to costs. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
