The Court: Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during compliance of the order of this Court, it is found that the respondents have changed the Chassis and Engine Number, but are plying the vehicle in question with the same Registration Number.

In light of the above submissions made, the instant application being AP/728/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, the Receiver appointed by this Court be discharged and all interim orders stand vacated.
