THE COURT: In view of the parties to the writ petition are situated or carrying on their work beyond the original jurisdiction of this Court, in terms of the writ rules

framed by this Court, this writ petition is directed to be converted and renumbered as an Appellate Side writ petition. The writ petitioner shall be at liberty to mention this writ petition for inclusion in the Appellate Side list after the conversion takes place.

On the prayer of Mr. Anjan Bhattacharyya, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, respondent no. 5 being the Teacher-in-charge of the relevant School, stands deleted or expunged from the array of the respondents. Cause title of the writ petition be accordingly corrected by putting signature of the Advocate-on-Record of the petitioner.
