The Hon'ble JUSTICE RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR Date : 22nd February, 2024 The Court:- Despite repeated opportunities the award holder has not been able to effect service on the judgment debtor. By an order dated 24 January, 2024, a direction was given on the award holder to effect service on the judgment debtor. It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that they have been unable to effect service on the judgment debtor.

In view of the aforesaid, EC/867/2015 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law. Liberty is also granted to the award holder to take back the original of the award filed in this proceeding after replacing the same with the photocopy thereof.
