It appears that after receipt of the application from the petitioner, the Executive Engineer (Civil)/S&D (Central) and Assistant Engineer (Civil) by a communication dated 29th October, 2022 intimated the petitioner that an application is to be made before the D.G. (Civil) for getting reply to the query. The application of the petitioner was forwarded to the concerned department. In accordance with the aforesaid communication, the petitioner on 5th November, 2022 made a fresh application before the Director General (Civil) for obtaining the necessary documents.

The present writ petition being WPO/2855/2022 is disposed of by directing the competent authority of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation to take steps pursuant to the application made by the petitioner for obtaining the documents.

Affidavit-of-service is taken on record.
