The Court: The orders of the DRAT dated 12th July, 2022 and 25th August, 2022 indicate that the petitioner before this Court, an appellant before the DRAT, sought to move an application for amendment. The matter has now been kept on 21st November, 2022 after filing of the respective pleadings of the parties.

Since the entire dispute is before the DRT and the DRAT, this Court does not have jurisdiction to interfere in the matter. The only expectation is that the proceedings before the DRT/DRAT shall be concluded within a reasonable period of time since the petitioner is appearing in person and contesting the applications taken out by the Bank.
