The Court :- The son is the applicant. The husband and the daughter being the other heir and heiress in intestacy have consented to the grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the deceased. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 2,60,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
