The Court: Counsel for the petitioner is present. The petitioner has filed the present application being GA/5/2023 praying for extension of time to file inventory and accounts in connection with PLA/321/2010.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has granted probate on 12th April, 2019 and probate was issued on 4th February, 2020, but due to some personal difficulty of the petitioner, inventory could not be filed. Counsel for the petitioner prays for extension of time to file inventory and accounts.

Considering the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, perused the application, this Court finds that

sufficient reason has been shown for not filing the inventory and accounts.

Accordingly, prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's summons is allowed.

IA No.GA/5/2023 is disposed of.
