The Court: This is the fourth extension of the learned Arbitrator's mandate. The last extension was granted by this Court on 29th August, 2023 for three months from 17th September, 2023. The mandate is now due to expire tomorrow, i.e., on 16th December, 2023.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the parties have concluded their respective arguments and have also handed up their notes of submissions.

Considering the fact that the reference commenced in 2018, AP/857/2023 is allowed and disposed of by extending the mandate for two months from 16th December, 2023.
