The Court: An adjournment is sought on behalf of the respondent. Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the arbitral proceeding is continuing, and as such the applicant seeks stay of the same in view of the adjournment sought by the respondent.

At this, learned Counsel for respondent submits that an undertaking given by him on behalf of his client, the respondent, be recorded to the effect that till the next returnable date, the respondent shall not proceed with the arbitral proceeding. Upon recording such undertaking, accordingly, the matter is adjourned on the prayer of the respondent till December 6, 2024, when it will be listed under the same heading.
