The Court:-Copy of the order dated 05.04.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in APOT/84/2023, WPO/2596/2022, IA No.GA/1/2023, GA/2/2023 and GA/3/2023 [MD. WASIM AND ANR. VS. MD. EHTESHAM UDDIN & ORS.] has been placed before this Court. It appears that the Hon'ble Division Bench has been pleased to pass necessary orders therein.

In view of the principle of merger, the order passed by this Court of which the contempt is complained of has merged with the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench. Accordingly, there is no scope to continue with the instant contempt application any further. The same stands disposed of.
