Petitioner has filed this writ petition having certain allegations against the Cooperative Society in question which is a private body and not "State" under Article 12 of the Constitution of India. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of any Authority of the Cooperative Society, she shall approach the Authority under the Cooperative Society Act for redressal of such grievance.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. This writ petition being WPO 2928 of 2022 is dismissed. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar on the part of the petitioner to avail any remedy, if available under the statute. (MD. NIZAMUDDIN, J.) TR/
