...for the O/L The Court:- By an order dated 10th January, 2018 the company (in liquidation) had been directed to be wound up. The question of maintainability of this application is left open. The Resolution Professional is directed to be personally present on the returnable date.

In the meantime, it is submitted by the Official Liquidator that expeditious steps are being taken to sell the registered office of the company (in liquidation). The Official Liquidator is directed to file a Status Report in respect of the steps taken and what remaining steps are required to be taken to sell the movable and immovable properties of the company (in liquidation).
