This appeal is not maintainable. Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (in short, "1996 Act"), does not contemplate or

allow an appeal against an order dismissing an application under Section 14 of the 1996 Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant, at this stage, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.
