Perused the order dated 3rd June, 2014. It appears that liberty was granted to contemnor No. 2 to comply the order passed in the writ application expeditiously.

The matter is appearing after more than seven years. It is not known whether by this time the direction in the order dated 7th December, 2010 in writ petition No. 1709 of 2005 has been complied or not.
