The Court :- The affidavit affirmed by the joint executors on 8th August, 2023 before the Notary Public at Delhi filed in Court today is taken on record. The affidavit was necessitated as in the Will it is stipulated that the joint executors shall adopt and enforce all measures ensuring her safety, wellbeing, medical care and maintenance of Ms. Usha Lohia the eldest daughter of the testator.

After considering the affidavit and the view of the department after complete scrutiny and that the Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness, the probate is granted in terms of prayer [a] of the petition.

PLA/540/2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.
