In compliance to order of this Court, Mr. Sabyasachi Bairagi, one of the attesting witnesses, was examined, who identified the signature of the testatrix, Bhagirathi Devi Goel as well as his signature, signature of another attesting witness and the signature of the learned advocate appearing in the Will.
