The Court: The execution petition of the award-holder/respondent in this petition was permitted to be withdrawn on the basis of a settlement arrived at between the parties today. An order has been recorded on that basis. In view of the above, the present arbitration petition which is for setting aside of the award dated 27th January, 2015 is also dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and all connected applications shall also be disposed of in terms of this order.
