This is an application filed on behalf of the plaintiff/petitioner with a prayer to grant liberty to withdraw the present suit unconditionally. As the learned advocate for the defendant is present and the instruction is issued by Mahesh Mehra, who is a director of the plaintiff company, to withdraw the suit, this Court is of the view that there is no bar as to why petition should not be allowed.

Thus, I allow the prayer of the plaintiff in terms of the prayer made in the notice of motion dated 26th day of March, 2025. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

The suit stands disposed of.
