Counsel for the respondent places the order passed in EC 183 of 2014 dated 13th February, 2014 wherein it reveals that the decree holder submitted before the Executing Court that the decree holder was not interested to proceed with the execution application and prayed for withdrawal of the said petition. In view of the same the Hon'ble Executing Court had dismissed the application for execution.

Now the learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the parties have settled the disputes and no dues are pending and no purpose would be served if the application is kept pending. It reveals from records that the matter had appeared before this Court on 6th April, 2022 and 7th April, 2022, but none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Today also when the matter is called on,

none appears on behalf of thepetitioners and no accommodation is sought for.

In view of the above, this Court has no other alternative but to accept the submission made by the Counsel for the respondent. Hence AP 1532 of 2014 is dismissed. Stay order, if any, is hereby vacated. ( KRISHNA RAO J. ) pa
