The Court is informed that the mandate expired on 31st December, 2023. The present application was made on 20th December, 2023. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent (also respondent in the arbitration) submits that the Notes of Arguments were filed by the respondent on 23rd December, 2023 and that the arbitration is presently pending publication of the Award.

Considering the submissions made, AP/866/2023 is allowed and disposed of by extending the mandate for three months from 31st December, 2023.
