The learned Advocate representing the applicant would submit that the applicant does not want to continue with the review petition which has been registered as RVWO No. 51 of 2023, having regard to the Terms of Settlement filed between the parties on 28th August, 2024.

Having regard thereto and considering the order dated 4th September, 2024 placed before this Court I am of the view that the present petition being RVWO/51/2023 be not proceeded with further and be dismissed as withdrawn along with the connected application being GA-COM/1/2023.
