The Court: The petitioner submits that there is some discrepancies in the petition which they have come to know subsequently. The petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant execution application.

In light of the above submissions made the execution application being EC 408 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner is given liberty to take back the original certified copy of the award upon replacing it with the photocopy of the same. Interim orders, if any, stand cancelled.

There shall be no order as to cost.
