Mr. Bhagwat Choudhuri, Advocate Ms. Rajlakshmi Ghatak, Advocate ....for petitioner THE COURT: It has been submitted by learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that in compliance with the order dated 19th April, 1998, the petitioner has been given appointment and he is working in the post in question. The petitioner's arrear salaries have also been paid. He, however, submits that benefits of Sixth Pay Commission and some other benefits have not been granted to the petitioner.

I am of the view that such grievance cannot be ventilated in this contempt application. The petitioner will be at liberty to file an

appropriate application claiming the said benefits in accordance with law.

There is no need to keep the contempt application pending any further. Accordingly, CC 212 of 2010 is disposed of. (KAUSIK CHANDA, J.) sm AR(CR)
