...For respondent nos. 2 to 4 The Court: Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. On perusal of the writ petition it appears from page 42 of the writ petition that petitioner has made a representation on 6th September, 2022 for redressal of its grievance, details of which will appear from the same. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPO 2978 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent Authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 6th September, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representation and the respondent Authority concerned while considering and disposing of the aforesaid representation shall act strictly in accordance with law.
