The Court : As per the order dated 6th April, 2022 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation was sought for. For the ends of justice the matter was adjourned. Today also when the matter is called on, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation is sought for. Counsel for the respondents appears and prays for dismissal of the instant application.

After going through the records it reveals that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the instant application and hence this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss AP 1535 of 2014 as default. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
