The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 12th July, 2019 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The testator's wife and mother have pre-deceased the testator. All the heiresses in intestacy have consented to the grant. Considering this position and the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, let probate be granted in the matter by passing an order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
