THE COURT: The petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged inaction of the New Market Police Station in the investigation of FIR No.122, dated March 5, 2016. The New Market Police Station has filed the Report. Let the same be kept with the records.

It appears that the investigation has been completed and C.S. No.292 of 2016 has been submitted on October 21, 2016 against the respondents nos.4 and 5. In the above circumstances, this Court does not find any inaction on the part of the concerned police authorities.

The petitioner may obtain a copy of the chargesheet from the concerned Court where it was filed.
