The Court:- In the order dated May 20, 2024, a direction was passed on the award holder to serve a copy of the application on the learned Advocate appearing for the respondent bank, which has apparently not been complied with. The learned Advocate on Record for the petitioner shall, during the course of the day, hand over a copy of the said application on his counterpart appearing for the respondent bank.

In view of the prayer of the petitioner, EC-COM/7/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to present the same before the appropriate Court having jurisdiction.

No order as to costs.
