The Court : This matter is placed at the instance of Registrar-inInsolvency. Affidavit filed in terms of order dated 23rd August, 2024 is taken on record.

On the last occasion that is on 23rd August, 2024, it was found that there was discrepancy in the address of the deceased inasmuch as in the death certificate,the place of death has been noted as P-164, V.I.P. Road, Kolkata-700 054 and in the application the last place of residence of the deceased has been stated as P-164, C.I.T. Road, Scheme-VII M, Post Office- Kankurgachi, Police Station-Maniktala, Kolkata - 700 054. For the reasons of such discrepancy the affidavit was called for to be filed by the petitioner.

In compliance thereof, the petitioner has filed the affidavit and in paragraph no.3 of such affidavit it is stated that both the aforesaid addresses are same and identical. Thus the defects in the application stands rectified.

Let there be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition. The petitioner is directed to furnish a personal bond of Rs.70,000/- with one surety.

The petition stands disposed of.
