IN THE GOODS OF:

JYOTIRMOY GANGULY (DEC.)

BEFORE:

The Hon'ble JUSTICE KRISHNA RAO Date: May 15, 2023.

The Court: Counsel for the petitioner is present. The petitioner has filed the present application praying for extension of time to file inventory and accounts.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 23rd December, 2016, this Court had granted probate and on 3rd February, 2017 probate was issued. Due to illness of the father of the petitioner and subsequently the father of the petitioner died in the month of October, 2020 and in the meantime covid was effected and accordingly the petitioner could not file the inventory and accounts and prays for condoning the delay and allowing the petitioner to file inventory and accounts. Considered the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. Perused the application and documents.

This Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non-filing of the inventory and accounts within the time prescribed by this Court.
