Mr. K. K. Pandey, counsel for the respondent appears and submits that for the last several dates the petitioners are not appearing. After perusing the records it appears that in spite of several opportunities given to the petitioners, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. It reveals from records that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the matter. Hence this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss AP 1549 of 2014 for default.
