1. We do not find the petitioner's claim to be public spirited and under the garb of such public spirit, the petitioner has challenged the decision of the Management of Shree Digambar Jain Vidyalaya to shift the school from P-34/35, Cotton Street, Kolkata-700007 to 30 Baranashi Ghosh Street at Kolkata-700006. We do not find at all any public element is involved for which this public interest litigation can be entertained.

2. Accordingly, WPO(P)/7/2023 is dismissed as we are of the view that this petition cannot be maintained as a public interest litigation.
