The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament registered on 4th May, 2010 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The son is the executor. The other heirs/heiresses in intestacy have consented to the grant. The widow and the mother pre-deceased the testator. Considering this position and the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, let probate be granted in the matter by passing an order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
