The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 5th January, 2016 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The husband has pre-deceased the testatrix. The only son has consented to the grant.

Considering this position and the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, let probate be granted in the matter by passing an order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
