Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the assessing officer/respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the series of representations made by the petitioner from time to time for their claim of refund in question relating to assessment years 202122 and 2020-21 as appears from the respective representations dated 12th September, 2022 and 4th August, 2022 being annexure P-12 and P-15 of the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPO 3046 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent Authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representations relating to refund in question in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity

of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. (MD. NIZAMUDDIN, J.) TR/
