..for the respondent no.4 The Court: Prayers in the writ petition are for a mandamus on the respondent Bank of Baroda not to take any steps for releasing the collateral securities mortgaged with the Bank to the respondent no.4. The documents placed before the Court show that on a request made by the respondent no.4 to the Branch Manager of the Bank on 11th November, 2022, the collaterals were handed over to the respondent no.4 on 18th November, 2022.

Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous. WPO/3051/2022 is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
