Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the writ petition can be disposed of by a direction on the respondent no.1 being the Kolkata Metro Railway Corporation Limited to furnish the information which was sought for by the petitioners by a letter dated 6th June, 2022 to the Public Information Officer of the respondent no.1. The respondents are willing to furnish the information sought.

WPO/3055/2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.1 to supply the information to the petitioners as indicated in

the letter dated 6th June, 2022 within the next five working days, as suggested.

The information shall be furnished to the petitioners by way of a letter within the time directed.
