The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 21st June, 2018 left behind by the above named deceased.

One of the heirs in intestacy being the younger son of the testatrix is the applicant. The other heirs/heiress in intestacy have consented to the grant.

Considering this position and the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, let probate be granted in the matter by passing an order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
