..for the respondents The Court: After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the NCLT, it appears that the rejection of the NCLT Authority for supplying the certified copies of the documents in respect of a matter which was then being considered by the adjudicating authority is no longer valid since the matter was disposed of sometime in January, 2023. Hence, there is presently no bar on the respondent no.2 to make over certified copies of the documents to the petitioner. The petitioner has already communicated the list of documents of which certified copies are

required by the letter dated 1st September, 2022, which is also part of records.

WPO/3059/2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.2 to supply the certified copies of the documents written in the letter of 1st September, 2022 within seven days from the date of communication of this order.

The petitioner has already paid a part of the fees and undertakes to pay the deficit fees as soon as the certified copies are made over to the petitioner.
