THE COURT: The petitioner complains that the private respondent-husband has introduced a young lady into the house along with certain accomplices. The private respondent appears to be in love with the lady. The petitioner has lodged a complaint with the Girish Park Police Station which has been registered as FIR No.208, dated October 14, 2022, under sections 298/506/34 of the IPC. The police are taking steps towards the investigation. The report filed by the Girish Park Police Station is kept on record.

It is ordered that the investigation be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from date mandatorily and positively. Since the dispute is purely private in nature, the police shall only comply with any specific directions issued by a civil or statutory forum.
