The Court :- The only son being one of the heirs in intestacy is the applicant. No one else is there to object to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
