...for respondent nos. 6, 7 & 8 The Court: Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this matter should have been filed in the Appellate Side as all the parties to the litigation are not residing within the jurisdiction of the Original Side while only a part of the cause of action has arisen in the jurisdiction of the Original Side. He prays that this application may be converted into an application in the Appellate Side.

After hearing learned counsels for the petitioner and the respondent nos.6, 7 and 8, it appears that the matter should have been filed in the Appellate Side of this Court.

Let the petition be treated as one filed in the Appellate Side and necessary corrections be effected in this regard. List this matter after a week.
